How long does it take for my order to be made?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, launches and sales, processing times may be a little longer.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every Harper Dawn Collective product is handmade and packed with care in South Australia. ♡

Can I choose my fragrance?
Absolutely! Where fragrance options are available, you can choose your preferred scent when ordering.

How do I care for my candle?
Always trim your wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. Allow the first burn to reach close to the edges of the jar and never leave a burning candle unattended. All products come with care instruction cards.

How long will my candle last?
Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle, wick and how it is used. Following the recommended candle-care instructions will help your candle burn safely and evenly.

Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available from Two Wells, South Australia. If available, the option will appear at checkout.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship our products within Australia using Australia Post.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess the issue and help you.

Do you accept returns?
We don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fragrance selections. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
